NOMAD Plus provides support to young people aged 16 - 25 who have, or will soon have their own home. The scheme is aimed at young people who need support to manage their own accommodation. We provide a range of activities, drop-in sessions and workshops, all aimed at giving young people the advice and support they need to help them make positive plans for the future.
